How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund or exchange it for another item. All returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of the purchase date. The item must be in its original condition and packaging, and the customer is responsible for any return shipping costs.
